Welcome to Day 1 of the Buddhability Journey!
Today’s action: Find a space to chant, ideally one without too many distractions and try chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo.
If you don’t already have a space set up in your home, just find a quiet place, maybe even a blank wall or window overlooking a calm space.

If you’re brand new to chanting, start here. It includes a video on exactly how to chant with audio tracks in 3 speeds. You can choose how many minutes you want to chant, but we recommend at least 5–10 minutes.
