Let’s disconnect from our phones for a moment and enjoy ourselves. Today, in addition to chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo for however long you choose, why not also:
Give yourself at least 15 minutes of screen free time. Spend that time doing something that will refresh you: journaling, listening to music with eyes closed, gazing at the sky.
Share what you were up to afterward with #buddhability.
By engaging with art, music or the environment around us, we re-spark our connections to the world and ourselves. It feels really good.
