Day 16: Overcoming procrastination

We know we should do it. We know avoiding it will just make it worse, but it’s just really hard to do! Sometimes nothing is more difficult than taking care of that one thing we’ve been putting off. That’s why today, in addition to chanting for however long we choose, let’s also:

Think of one thing we’ve put off, however small it may be. Decide “today is the day I’ll take care of this!”
