Day 6: Spend 15 minutes away from your screen

Experts agree: Looking at your phone each waking moment might not be the best thing for your mental health in 2021. Why not spend a few minutes today away from a screen? Here is an action you can take in addition to chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo for however long you choose:

Give yourself at least 15 minutes of screen-free time. Spend that time doing something you love: taking a walk (with a mask of course), reading, listening to music.
