You did it. You completed 7 days of chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo and taking positive action toward your own growth and happiness. In addition to chanting for however long you choose today, here is a daily action to take:

Doing anything consistently is hard. So if you missed a day of chanting, don’t sweat it!
As we reflect, we might think of things we wish we had done differently or even cringe at a mistake we made. But from a Buddhist perspective, it’s not about avoiding mistakes—it’s about how we move forward afterward.
