How long you chant each day is completely up to you. 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes—it’s all good! Just enjoy your chanting and try to do it each day.

If you miss a day don’t sweat it. The most important thing is to start again.

If you hear about this after Feb. 1, that’s OK too! The journey can be started at any time. Feel free to start from the day 1 prompt and take it day by day.
