  • How long you chant each day is completely up to you. 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes—it’s all good! Just enjoy your chanting and try to do it each day.
  • If you miss a day don’t sweat it. The most important thing is to start again.
  • If you hear about this after Jan. 18, that’s OK too! The #BuddhabilityChallenge can start at any time. Feel free to start from the day 1 action and take it day by day.
