Welcome to day 1 of how to get unstuck! Let’s begin with an important cause of getting stuck: vague self-doubt. You know, that feeling where you’d like to pursue your goals but you keep viewing them as a distant dream? Or, no matter how many people say you can definitely achieve your goals, your inner hesitation just gets stronger?

So much of our self-doubt is based on an irrational premise, like “I will never succeed because I failed a class in third grade.” Chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo is a tool to see the reality of our life, that we have infinite courage and wisdom.
