Welcome! We’re excited that you decided to take our Buddhability online course. Our editorial team worked hard to put together over 2,500 years of Buddhism into seven short, easy-to-read lessons that you can go through at your own pace.
Until then, here’s what you can look forward to.
What can you expect from the lessons?
During these lessons, you can look forward to deepening your knowledge of Buddhist history centered on Nichiren Daishonin’s Buddhism as practiced by the Soka Gakkai International (SGI). Our goal is that by the end of the course, you will have a solid understanding of how to practice Buddhism toward realizing happiness in your everyday life.
We’ll explore how to chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, and what it looks like to practice Buddhism with a supportive community.
